Salon Policies

We want every client to have the best experience possible. To help keep our schedule running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review our policies below:

Cancellation Notice

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Fees

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
  • No-shows without notice: 100% of the service price will be charged.

Emergencies

We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Repeat Cancellations

Frequent last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, call us. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter service, a reschedule, and/or a cancellation fee.

Deposits

Some services require a 50% deposit at booking, especially for longer appointments. This deposit goes toward your total and helps secure your spot. If an appointment is missed without notice or 24hours in advance, the deposit will not be refunded or go towards your next appointment.
